We send out winner notifications via email, from winners@safecountcommunity.com. If your name is drawn, we will send you an initial notification with the subject "Congratulations from SVC". We also follow up if we have not heard from you in a few days...don't worry, we want you to get the money too!

You don't need to do anything with them, we take care of it for you! Every point you earn is turned into sweepstakes entries. Each night, we roll all of those entries into our ongoing drawings. The more points you have, the more entries you have, and the greater your chance of winning!

We certainly encourage you to participate in our surveys each time you receive an invitation as we are most interested in your input and opinions. Not participating will in no way affect your membership.

Our typical SVC surveys are short and should take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to complete. Occasionally, there may be a longer survey, which would take 15-20 minutes to complete. Usually, the incentives or sweepsakes entries offered for longer surveys are more significant than those for shorter surveys.
